Title: Portobello Marinade

1	c	Olive oil
1 1/2	tb	Red wine vinegar
1		Garlic clove, chopped
		Thyme to taste

Combine all ingredients. Place mushrooms in glass baking dish, and pour mixture over them. Marinate for 45 minutes. Then grill on barbeque for 2 1/2 minutes per side.

Makes a good substitute for meat.
